douglas would be excluded because they weren't born here. but this isn't set in stone.

hearing and possibly open it up to say someone that was here for a long time that really
contributed to the district of columbia maybe including those but at this point, it's just
people who were born here in washington, dc and i asked them to provide a list of some people
