fox5's abby theodros was there today - she joins us live in the news room with what neighbors are saying about the ordeal. thankfully police say that woman is ok but the three suspects connected to this situation are still out there... this all happened at the oasis apartmetns near little before noon today. i talked with a neighbor who says he saw three guys casing apartments a few hours before the situation "sauliman hinton: my girl told me that someone had rang the doorbell a few times and when she came to check, no one was on the front porch. but when i came in th ehouse, i seen some guy standing right by my door and he was looking at the apartment and i thought that was kind of suspicoius. fox5's abby theodros joins us live near vegas dr and decatur after talking to those neighbors tell me this used to be a boarding stable for horses but all thats left is this sign that says 21 horses and 39 chickens were confiscated i talked to police about this situation and they say that specialists encountered conditions consistent with animal cruelty. specifically -they said that the likely cause sickness, injury or death to the animals. we talked with a neighbor today who is friends with the family that owns the property ..he says the stable has been around for decades and was recently handed down from the owner to his son after he passed away anthony mosley, neighbor: mike inherited this place..issues with licensing...said good things about this facility..:i guess he didn't take care of those requirements - shut this place down" anthony mosley who you just heard from said he used to keep his horse at this stable and was happy with the care. he described it as a self serve
