pg&e story just continues. it doesn't seem to slow down. this afternoon, actually only about an hour ago, was the one-year anniversary and memorial service in san bruno with, you know, bagpiper playing "amazing grace" and a very moving ceremony and speech by the mayor. and, you know, we've come full circle. we're the national transportation safety board a couple weeks ago said that pg&e's line blew up in san bruno last september 9th because the welds in 1956 were done incorrectly, the company didn't have proper records and hadn't done the adequate testing to know what they had down there. just when it looked like that story was kind of being wrapped up and pg&e and state regulators were moving ahead with a lot of reforms and upgrades of the system, there was another explosion in cupertino last week at a condominium complex. 400 homes there. and this was not a large steel transmission line like the line in san bruno. this was a small distribution line made out of plastic. when you look at these gas lines in the state, you have to think of them as like highways. you have freewa
