i want to echo something aisha said. it may have been your instinct but you're right.where kids don't share and a big problem around the issue of bullying is that kids don't tell us exactly what's going on but there's a really good reason why. and that's because we usually overreact and we make it worse as far as they're concerned. and this is that double edged part of this that we work as our kids get older. they won't tell their parents because their parents overreact and they feel like that will make it that much harder for them in school of how to navigate it and how to deal with this kind of stuff. so we've taken the frame -- and i will get to your question because we have a process in the office of human rights but part of the work of the bullying prevention program, which is the program that i run is that prevention mode. so, you know, how do we illustrate an inclusive community? how do we illustrate that here's a place where everybody is recognized, seen, and validated and some of that work -- and we need parents to do it because i have to be honest, schools do
