reverend al sharpton. hey, reverend, tell us about milwaukee.issues of community policing? >> well, milwaukee is known as one of the segregated cities that's still left in the country and the inequality issue there has been front and center. but they've had several cases of police incidents. the hamilton case in 2014 comes to mind where an unarmed man was killed by policemen in a tussle. the grand jury did not prosecute, but the police chief did fire the officers. so there has been tensions building up. and i think that that is part of what i think erupted over the weekend. though we don't know the particulars yet. we've not seen the video. we've not seen the photograph. but usually, joe, these kinds of things happen because there's a build up and the facts of one incident become separated from a whole kind of culture of grievance that has been allowed to just simmer rather than to deal with it. i think that's what we're looking at in milwaukee. an environment that was never addressed about police issues and inequality and the segregation of the
