should we expect when the documents are released, as alex wagner was talking about. should we expect that the grantor's names will be in those documents? obviously, there are safety concerns with potential taxing of everybody anywhere near any of the trump -related cases. >> in georgia, all of the names that actually heard evidence are listed on the indictment. those not present that day or for that case usually are just a strike through their name. if this proceeds the way it would normally, then all of the grand jury's names who heard evidence would become public as the case moves forward. now, that does present security concern, so that may be one of the things that either judge mcburney or the d.a. asks to not be released to the public, but certainly any defendant that is named is entitled to know who pass judgment and which grand jurors pass judgment on the evidence at this early stage. >> what can you tell us about possible mandatory minimums on charges in georgia? >> the rico statute and we have talked a lot about it. it does have a mandatory five year minimum
