this is allegheny avenue. the reason he is directing traffic is they got whole army behind him trying to get the power back on, but hey, it is 6:00. chris come back over here. co-innings dentally i'm in frot after church. somebody famous once said let there be light. and so as we look above the church's steeple, we see light from the sky and from god and that's been the only light over north philadelphia for couple day now for all every these people. last check with peco, just under a thousand without power. we are on very busy allegheny avenue, where the route 60 bus runs, and the buses and traffic running smoothly, thanks to these little generators right here, and you can hear the hum up above this generator, cranking out power, to keep the traffic lights working here at 26th and allegheny. now we will do little walk up to 27th and 28th, and you can see, despite the light now, with the sunrise, a lot of activity going on because all of these blocks where we are, right across from the septa allegheny depo, wh
