as ktvu channel 2 news' allie rasmus tells us from heyward, the body turned up after a search of missing nursing student michelle le, allie? >> reporter: there could be some legal developments. the woman arrested giselle esteban is due back in court in heyward. 27-year-old giselle esteban was a former high school friend of michelle le's and police say she blamed michelle le for ruining her relationship with an ex-boyfriend. at her hearing she could be assigned a public defender and may end terrible a plea to the murder charge against her. that plea comes as they investigate possible developments in the michelle le case. a volunteer with the search group found a body off the side of a dirt road and that was located in foot hill road in an unincorporated part of pleasantton. they were not able to tell whether or not it belonged to a man or woman but a spokesperson said the medical examiner may be able to answer that question the gender of that body as early as today. michelle le was last seen where she was taking a nursing class. she left class after a break and never returned nearly four
