storm team 4's amelia draper is in the houston area with more on the area getting a bit of drying out. that's a good thing. you want to see the floodwaters come down. driving around, we're seeing areas that are flooded. you can definitely see how high the waters were. take a look behind me right now. we're along state highway 3 right now. you can see folks sittigetting here fine. further to the south and the north, in the city of houston and then again to the south where we're still seeing flooded neighborhoods. you can see this kind of retention pond that runs along the road here collecting water so folks can get out and about. i do have to mention that so many businesses closed here, restaurants, stores, a lot of people hunkering down in a hotel. that's what officials want folks to do here is just to stay in place until the storm finally leaves the area. so throughout the day on monday, we should say, mainly dry with some rain starting to move back in. as harvey is expected to out into the gulf and come back in, we'll see more potentially flooding rains into the middle part of the w
