benjamin, specifically, i wanted to ask you given your role with the american public health association, how does delaying or skipping medications negatively impact patients. because we know this is happening. >> people get sick, and not only do they skipped the medication but they also split them. so you see husband and wife, for example, and you know, partners, sharing medication. i'll take this one today, i'll give you the other one tomorrow. and then you see real significant political consequences. diabetes doesn't get -- hypertension doesn't get well controlled. and that's a big issue and then if you take the uninsured, you pay the full price of that medication. for example, true listen he is a diabetic medication, it's a shot you take once a week, it's a great medication. it's for type two diabetes. it's a wet list prices over $800. but if you're insured, the price can be anywhere from nothing, depending on your plan, to 30, $40 a month. so these things can be very, very expensive and a big problem is that, when you don't have those dollars, you don't take your medication. >> right, and i'll tell you, i'm in oakland county
