you can stop me at any way -- any place if you want amplification on a particular point. this project has been under development. it has sprung from a city-wide established or define priority to replace the hall of justice. in so doing, our strategy is to find new venues for the occupants of the hall over the next several years. among the first projects we have identified to remove or leave the hall is police headquarters. as well, within the rubric of replacing the hall of justice, we are relocating southern district stations to this new public safety building. there is also the obligation to provide a new fire station in mission bay. that is another major component of this building. the public safety building was made possible through the passage of the earthquake safety and emergency response bond of june 2010. it was passed rather handily by the residents and voters of this city. upwards of 75% of the voting public. what i would like to do is take you through some slides of the project. in a high level we had a project of approximately 300,000 square feet. of which th
