amy hollyfield has more from west oakland. amy?alked to a bart spokesman and tried to get an estimate and he hasn't been able to talk to the engineers working on the problem because they are so busy trying to get this fixed. they do not even have an estimate of when bart trains will start running at this point, so, come up with a plan b. some passengers are having trouble finding cabs because they are all busy because there is high demand. a lot of people do not want to dry into the city because parking is expensive and lots of confusion and frustration from people would need to get to work and they are not sure how they will get there and it started after midnight the computers broke down. the industrial computing system isn't communicating with the tracks and they stranded hundreds of passengers wren this happened. it took an hour and a half and they got to the final destination which took a long time because they had to manually crank the buttons and switches. you may see the trains moving now but they are able to move the train

amy hollyfield is in vallejo with the story. amy?ighborhood were stunned when they heard what happened and they were shocked to find out would the victim was, a well-known man and fondly referred to as "coach." he was hit by a car and rolled into another lane where another car hit and dragged him a mile. people know him in this neighborhood and the elder man man did not realize he hit someone and was dragging someone long. witnesses say the victim was a disabled man who was sweet to the kids. >> a lot of kids would play ball and he would get together and if it was more bigger kids than little kids he would form the team so we gave him the nickname "coach." police are investigating what happened. they think weather may have been a factor in the accident. the victim was not in a cross wake. it was $. it was also rainy. the streets were slick. they are calling it a technology accident and do nut thing there was a crime committed. he was hit if you can see this area in vallejo. the victim's name is not released. >> demonstrators protesti
