and the police union sued, saying the city had to bar gain with them on this matter. now that they are making it mandatory. but the court decision came down today. again, denying the motion by the police union. saying that the commissioner... the statute grants the commissioner power. the test pilot program will go forward. the court did say that still can be arbitrated and bargained. but that the test pilot program should not be stopped minutes ago, talking about this. one from the aclu of massachusetts. called this a great victory. for police accountability. and a victory for civil rights. we still haven't heard anything from the police union yet or from the police commissioner yet. we expect to hear from those folks later today. in the meantime, the police commissioner has said that the pilot program for the body camera... test pilot for body cameras will begin next monday. that is the latest live here outside suffolk superior court. i'm byron barnett, 7 news. >> christa: this new hampshire man under arrest, charged with a creepy crime. police say that he exposed h
