nbc bay area's mary ann favro is here with the new developments. >> reporter: the delayed drivers on the bridge fought back by taking cell phone video of the sideshow that ultimately led to chp officers identifying and arresting one driver. chp officers say today's sideshow started this morning with about 50 cars in oakland and continued with just three cars on the bay bridge west of treasure island. now, this video showing the cars doing doughnuts on the bridge was later sent to chp officers who were able to arrest the driver of the white mustang for reckless driving. chp officers say they appreciate the public's help in this case. >> we have actually people calling it in as it's happening so we know where it's happening then we have video taken, we can, of course, use that video to help with any charges that are filed. >> but chp officers caution that you only attempt to get video of sideshows if you can do it safely. today, several other suspected sideshow drivers were stopped and cited for other violations including having tinted windows and droiving without a license. one sidesh
