this all started late last night according to the antioch police department they say all around 1120 last night a patrol officer on a normal patrol heard gunshots. they responded to the area around hudson corp. he solid core speeding away without lights. he initiated a traffic stop the car would not stop and there is a pursuit. a couple miles away at the pursuit a world of the street and that's when the blue toyota camry had slashed and through the crash. this was on 1700 monotony way. at that 0.3 suspects inside of the car were taken into custody. >>: reporter: that's when they found the body of an adult male been shot. that mill was pronounced dead at the scene. the police are also say that on some of your road a break in their pursuit of the area they also recovered a shotgun. at this point the three suspects inside the vehicle were only being detained. they're waiting to hear from the police department to see if there will be any charges against these three. the subject is the first homicide of the first year. and as a get more information on the victim and or suspects will pass
