antioch police asking for your help to find this woman. they say she stole more than $9,000 in merchandise from a target. the thefts have happened over the past several months. anyone with information on who this woman might be is asked to call antioch police. >> tonight, california attorney general rob bonta says he's investigating a police shooting in richmond that resulted in a wanted person being killed. you're looking at citizen app. video of the scene here. the shooting happened a little after 8 o'clock last night on carson boulevard, police say they got into a standoff with this person who they say had a probation violation warrant after being in that standoff for about a half hour police shot and killed that person. it's unclear what specifically caused police to use deadly force. the contra costa county da's office is also investigating. tonight, new numbers from bart show a decrease in crime last year. the agency says overall crime has dropped almost 20% with violent crime dropping more than 10%. >> compared to 2023, bart says au
