antoinette antonio is live with new details. antoinette: that suspect was away from the alleged victim, any witnesses, and the store where he's accused of taking those inappropriate pictures up a woman's dress. 29-year-old christopher molina faces a judge today, facing that up skirting charge. malden police say he works at the dollar tree store on broadway where the crime happened. according to court documents the victim was shopping with her mom and she leaned over to look at items on a lower shelf when a third woman says she molina take a picture up the alleged victim's dress and yelled what are you doing at molina. the witness says he ran to hide in an employee office. molina denying to police that he took then deleted the pictures but malden police say there is video surveillance supporting the victims and witnesses claims. molina left the courthouse on this look only a new hampshire man is accused of threatening to blow up the city's police station. police say warren bears had a machete when he threatened to blow up the buil

i'm antoinette antonio. >> i'm doug meehan. we will be getting to some of those remembrances here on the eyeopener. first we went to get to a.j., who has severe weather behind him. >> yes, a severe thunderstorm warning in effect for about the next half hour. this is out into berkshire county, far western massachusetts, and a good portion of eastern new york as well. again, until about 8:30 this morning. let's see how these are moving. they are moving toward the east at about 35 miles per hour or so. they would put them in p activity now, great barrington within the half hour or so. these storms will propagate eastward. be on guard, worthington, huntington, and into the connecticut valley as well. these storms have been producing quite a bit of lightning, some heavy rainfall, and also some strong gusty winds. no damage reports just yet, but we're watching for that potential throughout the course of the day today. it's being caused by a cold front, which is knifing into our much drier, and you'll feel that in time for this aftern
