john cuoco was live from arlington. you spoke with those rescuers. >> reporter: well, we now know this driver will not face criminal charges after her s.u.v. went into the pond here. arlington police pulling this s.u.v. from spy pond saturday. they say it ended up in the water when its driver, a 68-year-old woman from medford, was trying to back into a parking spot friday afternoon. going up and over the curb and into the pond. the s.u.v. began slowly sinking. that is when three men jumped diving into the cold water, making a miraculous save. getting her to dry land as the s.u.v. went under. >> she was very, very scared and had taken in water. and she knew she was dying. she just figured this was it. >> reporter: police say the woman was conscious and alert when she was taken out of the water. she was treated for mild hypothermia at the hospital. >> their efforts open up that car and helped the woman out of the car and got her to shore. we are crediting them with helping save this woman's life. >> reporter: dan frazier
