trish: ashley, thank you. i briefly want to point out to folks watching at home we have been talking about how global markets are so unsettled by all of this. we are looking at dow futures down more than three and a point so it really shows you how radel people are either expectation that this was going to be fait accompli that it would be a vote that we show people would say. we have been referencing the market indicating that was the exactly the way things would go. you are seeing the market in recent days rally on the expectation that the uk would stay put and now that we are getting indications it may not be that way and i want to report 51.3% now are saying they would be in favor of leaving, 48.7 remaining. it's still early but just the fact that this is as close as it is, it's creating a lot of havoc in the market and the dow up more than three and a points in the futures trading right now. going back to routine coverage i want to ask tom when you think about the political aspect of all of this, i think

>> reporter: that's right, ashley. the forensic investigation was rapid, happening in a few hours before they were able to open the airport, but the investigation into the people who carried out the attack, who they could be connected to will proceed well beyond that. you're right, we did see it in brussels and paris, there were weeks, months of on-going raids. those types of raids to ferret out any sort of terrorist operations or cells have begun here. they launched counter terrorism operations and we know a series of raids the last few days resulted in detainment of 22 people. 13 of them picked up after authorities visited 16 different locations in istanbul, and nine more in the coastal city. it is not clear why authorities were looking for people they did bring in for questioning. how much these people could know about this attack specifically, they'll want to know that and want to know whether or not these people could be having any information about other attacks that may have been in the works. always the standar
