took a few questions, athena jones is live with me outside the white house with more.you've got a five-year lobbying ban for administration officials, a lifetime ban on lobbying on behalf of foreign governments. a plan to defeat isis and a reorganization of the national security council. do we know what's included specifically in any of these? >> we haven't seen the texts yet, poppy. but this is something that was initially announced a little earlier in the day. these were executive actions that were still being worked on, being finalized. we don't know what their executive borders or. >> was a question raised by the lobbying bans. how will they enforce a lobbying ban long after the trump administration is over. they acknowledge that that's something that's necessarily easy to do. they also clarified when it comes to the plan to defeat isis, the plan is not, the idea is not to have a plan that defeats isis in 30 days, but within 30 days to have the joint chiefs of staff present him with, with a plan that would defeat the terror group. >> and you know he said many times

so when lynn talked about the administration and our athena jones was in the briefing just taken place about white house fishes, wh officials. when it's in a thought out and organized way, early on in the wake of the executive order, there isn't a lot of evidence of that. when you talk to the airlines, a number of major airlines have reported that they're still trying to figure out how this applies to them and their travelers. for instance, on the cutter a airways web site, they put a link to the u.s. customs and border enforcement web site for more information and there's no information at all about this new executive order on that web site. there seems to be an information gap between the administration officials that have put this in place and then the actual people impacted by it. and those are the questions that are going to have to be answered here over the next couple of days. >> thank you so much for that information. ryan, let's try beirut again. nick paton walsh is there. so nick, there you are. how is this being received? what are people saying about the order? >> reporter:
