atlantic city taking another financial hit. february's freezing cold weather apparently puts gambling on ice. new figures show a casino revenue declining by 15% in february compared to last year. of course last year there were 12 casinos operating instead of the current 8. the ones still standing have lost money since the casino crisis began. on the flip side internet gambling increased 1% from a year ago. >>> atlantic city's main casino workers union plans to picket outside the trump taj mahal today. it is closer to being taken over by carl icahn and they still say they need to drop health insurance and pension coverage for workers. the federal appears court will decide if they can do that. the taj employed about 3,000 people. >>> in philadelphia you can start getting updates on the annual spring cleanup. mayor michael nutter did jÑ the honors yesterday along with a big purple trash can besides him. the citywide cleanup is set for saturday, april 11th. citizens and city departments will work on projects to clean up the city.

and most of burlington county north of atlantic city. you're also seeing a little bit of rain mixed in with the snow as well. if we take a live look outside of our studio you see how much the snow is coming down. coming down at a good clip and it is mainly accumulating there in our grassy surfaces. not so much on the roads. that's good for your morning commute and heading out to lunch. by the evening, you'll see heavier snowfall amounts coming down. be careful as you head into the rest of today. and even once the storm system starts to depart the concern will be freezing rain. if we take a closer look now at our radar shot, it is showing us we're seeing a little bit more of the rain mixing in near northern parts of delaware and cape may county stretching out, and that will be the trend as we head into the rest of today. depends where you live. if you're closer to the poconos, lehigh valley that's all snowfall coming down. you can see the blue and the purple that's mainly snow. we start to see the pink line more of a transition there with

it's 19 degrees warmer in dover than it was at this time yesterday and atlantic city.es colder in mt. pocono than it was at this time yesterday. you don't see that very often on a map around here. a strong northwest wind and gusts up over 40 miles an hour in wilmington right now. and close to 40 in philadelphia. we are dry across the area now. we're going to stay dry for a couple of days. there's a lot of dry air on the map. also a lot of myselfoisture on the map coming into texas. you can even see the spin here of this system. it's a pretty strong storm. and it can happen. last year it reached 63 degrees in the middle of march. two days later it was snowing and we got nearly 5 inches of snow in philadelphia. we had snow even in april last year. it's not that unusual to get snow? march but it's hard for it to stick. futurecast, 10 p.m. thursday nothing going on. here's the question if it gets in by the friday morning rush that march sun is not going to help anything so it could accumulate and it could stick a little bit. north and west, again if it comes in soon enough
