those conditions have been met at atlantic city international airport. therefore it is a blizzard in new jersey right now. that's what we are seeing, wind gusts over 35 miles per hour and the visibility a quarter mile or less. that is the case. the center of this thing is so obvious i don't even have to point it out to you. it takes one minute by one minute pictures. it almost looks like a hurricane. the radar does not go out into the ocean. that's why you see it out towards the land. i also wanted to give you an idea of the motion. it is going straight to the northeast. it is pretty far off the coast. the sceptereptember center is east of atlantic city. if it was half that philadelphia would be getting the 10 to 18 plus inches. the shore might be getting 2 feet or more. so the speed of the storm plus the distance from the shore is what is limited, believe it or now, you can see on the radar the darker blues indicate the heavier snows. when you get to a storm like this there are bands that form. you can see very clearly that one band that has formed offs
