i'm excel supportive of this i want to thank the authors. know that the education and enforcement pieces will fall into place and i've seen an increase in enforcement it's terrific. and some of the activity in this board chambers has been some of the impetus in getting this done and the advocates in the community. i just want to and i know i so you do like a broken record but the engineering aspect is so important no matter how much education or enforcement being human beings we're not all tentative all the time we're imperfect per we're not going to have police officers every where and fundamentally we have to redesign our streets to maxim maximumize safety for all. it takes money but i think we're seeing nor resources being dedicated to those redesigns both from our budget and also through development impact fees but the prop k problem is we continue to see bureaucratic bottle necks that water down and sometimes kill very important pedestrian and transit safety projects. unfortunate there are some departments that continue to make objectio
