. -- ava marie who has a big weekend. >> i ran a half marathon once in my life and i would never do itgain. i am talking here with ed at the running store. we are getting ready for the marathon on saturday. you just finished the chicago marathon. >> it went well. >> it was your first one. how do you feel? >> more tired than normal. >> what advice would you have for people who are running the marathon for the first time? >> rest of tonight. each well. i do not change your routine. >> and hope you prepared enough. >> coming from the experts, what issues would you recommend? >> it depends on what you train in. there are three kinds of shoes. neutral, stability, and motion control. here we have a neutral shoot. there is not much support. if you look over at something like this stability issue, you can see it is going to push your foot out. just different levels of supporting your foot and adjusting. >> that means your ankle rolling as you run. obviously you work here and you can come to the running store to get this kind of advice to see what is best for you. hopefully you have good shoes

ava marie is downtown at the finish line. what's going on?i'm standing at the finish line outside m & t bank stadium where we're going to see a lot of happy faces after they finish the marathon. you guys met through running and what brought you guys together? >> we were joining a team, a.s.a., and we met on the road and got up the road and did the race and we have been friends ever since. >> we have been inaccept areible ever since. we make it a girl's weekend and spend the night in a hotel and run and get ousts together and come home. >> you guys are also supporting something very serious, fallen soldiers and cancer. so let's first talk about this shirt you guys are going to be wearing at the race. >> this is a shirt i made up last year when i ran the marine corps marathon, the faces of all the fallen soldiers out of camp lejeune and felt like i needed to do something to bring awareness to the fallen soldiers around we get a lot of responses. mostly it's war veterans who come up, stop us, thank us, talk to us and pat us on the back and then
