we're learning more about the man accused of shooting three clark county deputies this morning killing corporal nate carrigan. we will go to bailey in a moment where the community is gathering to mourn the corporal. the suspect martin wirth was also killed in the confrontation when officers came to his home to evict him. wirth was an activist and rallied against police, republicans, banks and foreclosures. corporal nate carrigan is the first officer with the clark killed in the line of duty. master patrol deputy colby martin was shot several times and is currently in critical condition. 9news reporter whitney wild is in clark county where the community is rallying around its officers and their families tonight. >> reporter: kyle, investigators will continue to comb through evidence, continue to comb through that scene for several days. deputies clearly knew that martin wirth was dangerous. around 9:45 this morning eight deputies including the sheriff himself attempted to serve what they called a high risk eviction. deputies say when they got there, wirth came out on his deck and then went back inside. deputies followed and moment
