visibilities reduced to less than a quarter of a mile for almost the entire stretch of i-5 between bakersfield all the way up to yuba city this morning. it's moving very, very slow. keep that in mind. we're looking pretty good along the peninsula. we don't have a lot of fog developing in the peninsula or the south bay. the east bay, we do have fog and also pretty dense fog up in the north bay as well as freezing conditions. so the factor of freezing fog will be the case until 10:00 a.m. up there. you really want to take it easy. we could see fog freezing on the actual highway. make sure you have your defrosters on so that stent happen to your windshield. less than a quarter of a mile in santa rosa and novato. looking pretty clear in the south and the east bay, but this is what you can count on until 10:00 a.m. a dense fog advisory in place for all of solano county. then temperatures will gradually rise. the sun will be back out. not quite as much as yesterday but still pretty good. then as you head home from work right around 5:00 p.m., we'll see all that haze start to lift up into the atmosph
