that is snowfall in the balsams. the nantahalas. some of that snow works in to haywood county around 11:00 a.m. watch by the lunch hour, pretty much everything has changed over to rain. most of us by then, if not all of us, will have rain, not snow. again, when i say the snow, do not expect it in the valleys. it's 3500 feet and higher up. so you gotta be pretty high to see this snow fall. rain's gone by evening tomorrow. then we're back in to the clouds early saturday. waiting on the next round of moisture for the most part, very light accumulations. i think this is under done. i still think we're going to get a quarter inch to maybe half an inch in asheville. snowfall. there's your legend up here. look at that, smokys, balsams, nantahalas could get an inch of snow. temperatures freezing overnight in most mountain valleys. you think to yourself, well jason, you're going 30-31 in asheville, how is it not going to snow here? the temperatures go up tomorrow morning. it's going to be wet for the majority of the daylight hours. then we g
