developing story. an extremely violent night in baltimore city. in just a two-hour span, seven people shot in three separate areas. at least two of the victims are now dead. this is the scene of the most recent shooting, just before 8:00. police responded to a call that three people were shot in the 2600 block of east preston street. they found two men and women with gunshot wounds. one of the men died and the other is in critical condition. the female is listed in serious condition. 1.5 hours before that, homicide detectives were checking out york rd. one man was shot there. that victim has died as well. in southwest baltimore, investigators say three people were shot on west fayette near shipley. police say the two men and women were sitting on the front porch of a home when someone came up and started opening fire on the trio. paramedics transported all three to the hospital. the woman is in critical condition. the men are serious. investigators believe this group was targeted. police are looking into whether the shootings are connected. we are
