now to the barry bonds perjury trial, today the jury started deliberating. dan curman has been following the trial and he joins us live. >>dan: no verdict today and the jury has gone home for the day, they will be back monday morning. they did deliberate much of the day, we saw barry bonds arrived in this morning. he doesn't have to be here unless the jurors come back into the court room asking for something. the video your seeing of on showing up at the court is because the jurors came into the courtroom a couple of times asking for a few things. the first was to hear that secret conversation between steve hoskins and greg anderson. the jurors got to hear that conversation it was played for them again in the court room. in that conversation, you heard steve hoskins referring to barry and shots. he also hear a greg anderson talking about something being undetectable. it played in the day the jury came back into the courtroom again, barry bonds had to come back again. if this time they said they want to hear the full testimony of barry bonds personal shopper

of course barry bonds will be here in less than two hours. the jury's first full day of deliberations. bonds did not testify in his own defense. the jury in this case will be able to look at that and consider it and decide whether or not bonds is guilty or not guilty. two prosecution witnesses saw or knew that bonds was injecting steroids in 2000 pep when asked if he did that bonds told the grand jury in december of that year if he did take steroids he didn't know he had. bonds admitted that he got cream and oil. the defense is countering claims that bonds injected steroids. here is bonds' testimony from 2003. it says bonds did not ingest steroids because he does not like ingesting steroids. i only let my own personal doctor touch me and my own personal doctor came up and drew my blood. >> some counts hang. i think think will be some -- i think there will be some disputes for the jury. i certainly don't expect they went back there and saw the case the same way. >> reporter: baseballs all-time home run leader bonds' is facing four excuse me thr
