, east bay and south bay. so the area's excluded out of this excessive heat watch are mainly the bay area coastline, including the san francisco peninsula and immediate east bay shoreline because we're going to see a cool sea breeze about 30 miles per hour or less with offshore winds. for those of you shaded in red starting thursday into friday, the highest peaks could see gusts upwards of about 30 miles per hour for north bay mountains and east bay hills, including the diablo range. fortunately, no red flag warnings, meaning imminent fire, danger in effect just yet just because of those calmer winds speeds. but we are going to see scorching temperatures upwards of 103 degrees by friday afternoon with overnight lows. just cooling down into the 60's and 70's before we finally get some relief by saturday and sunday this upcoming weekend. more my full forecast in just a few minutes. stephanie, back to you. yeah, it's 103 degrees and have my some black friday. thank you. 6 in the inmate firefighter suffered burns
