the bay bridge, so far, so good. raffic is looking just fine out of the east bay heading into san francisco. the san mateo bridge also checking in a little foggy. be careful as you work your way through it. just a reminder, the express lanes are now open on 880 between oakland and milpitas, northbound from dixon landing. they have taken the carpool lanes and converted them into the express lanes. southbound, you will see them over toward dixon landing. keep that in mind if you plan on taking 880. right now, 880 is at limit between fremont and oakland but we are dealing with some foggy spots as well. that seems to be the name of the game this morning. >>> we have less than a quarter mile of visibility along the coast. here is a look at the fog as we look to our north. you can see the golden gate shrouded in fog. temperatures running in the 40s and 50s. it is definitely a cooler start to our day. 56 in concord. g7 for oakland. 58 in san jose. down to 48 degrees right now. definitely a chilly start in santa rosa. down to
