reporting live in bedford, ray brewer wmur news 9. sean: thanks. the man charged in connection with the death of his 19-month-old step child is due in court today. 30-year-old leo witham was arrested on friday, two days after the child died at an apartment on ashworth avenue in hampton. witham faces several charges, including endangering the welfare of a child for purposely violating a duty to care and investigators have not released any details about the child's death. a rochester man accused of supplying the drugs that killed a man over the summer is due in court this afternoon. 27-year-old ryan kirk was arrested on sunday after a three month investigation. a 24-year-old man was found dead in an apartment back in june, and police believe he came to new hampshire specifically to buy the fentanyl that ultimately killed him. investigators say it is often hard to bring charges in cases like this. >> they are difficult cases because you have to have a witness to the actual act of ingesting the drug. unfortunately, a lot of witnesses are tied up in the
