if you're coming from the baltimore beltway to the capital beltway exit at 100.self some time and take bw parkway southbound. parking lot on 395 northbound. crash by duke street. this is in the backup leading toward an earlier crash by seminary road involving two police cruisers. that cleared to the right shoulder but we still have about a 30 minute delay from the beltway to the 14th street bridge. as we forward things along once again, you can see that's the location where we're still down to 14 miles per hour. once you pass seminary road things do open up and then you get usual congestion across the 14th street bridge. as we check out gw parkway northbound at memorial drive, there's a crash down to 29 miles per hour coming up from the bridges. watch out for that one. once you pass the memorial bring things open up. no delays for your rai skipping the roads talking the rails you're in good shape this morning. we have another crash on the inner loop by old georgetown road. that's backing us up to the spur. i'll keep you updated on your traffic. right now you can
