stone nbc10 was on the embassy suites at the ben franklin parkway. the attack happened just after 1:00 this morning. officers arrested a man whom they tell us was staying at the hotel with the victim. >>> take a look at this dramatic video off the jersey shore. can you imagine? the coast guard had to rescue three commercial fishermen who escaped their sinking boat after a collision on the water. the three men found themselves in a life-or-death situation thursday six miles off the coast of cape may. a man aboard a nearby boat took this cellphone video of the sinking vessel. the coast guard says the fishermen's boat hit another boat in rough seas, toppled over and then sank within two minutes. before it sank the crew managed to call the coast guard for help. rescuers found the three men inside a survival craft. >> i'm glad i captured it on video to begin with but it's something i hope to never see again. like i said, it could have had a very different ending. >> nobody was hurt and the coast guard is investigating how the collision happened. >>> if yo

, but we're tracking storms that are heading our way as we take a live look outside at the ben franklin parkway in philadelphia. glenn schwartz is here with your neighborhood forecast. >> we do have some showers and thunderstorms in the forecast for this afternoon. this first batch of showers is not potential severe weather that we're talking about for later today. but coming right into philadelphia area now. what is something that we're going to be watching is up in this area, up in new york state right now, and that's going to develop into a line of storms and move in the general direction of philadelphia during the afternoon. and that's the area that has the best chance of getting some severe storms with strong gusty winds, maybe some hail. that's southeastern pennsylvania, much of new jersey, and all of delaware, potentially getting some of those severe storms. here's the futurecast. you can see, by 2:00 this afternoon, we're starting to see some of those storms developing and getting close to the lehigh valley. by 3:00, it's even past allentown, headed to southeast pennsylvania. by 4:00, r
