jay brome now works at a clothing store in benicia.entered the police academy in 19-96 and remained wh e c-h-p for 20 years before retiring. he says his time spent with the c-h-p was full of abuse and discrimination targeting him because he was gay. and he says the c-h-p did nothing about it.
