there is a store we're falling at a berkeley with a police chase. it was a serious crash and will trend is there right now the details. >> well, the scene is still here. the car is right on my knee and has been pushed back just a little bit but i got up there while i could it and got some close shots. this is what you are shy of 5:45 a.m. and you can see the white honda civic just wrapped around a tree and according to my sources they say that this started in oakland and they are the lead agency in this, this is a stolen car and of course according to my sources 8 and 4 shall i started off with the salts with a deadly weapon on a police officer. i'm not sure if a gun was used or if the weapon was the car itself. we do not know at this time if the officers injured but it led to this perceived that went on for several minutes and ended here in berkeley. the suspect because the impact was so hard and the car was rapped over the tree the fire department had to come out here and use the jaws of life just to take him out of the car roughly 25 to 30 minute
