let's start right now with that winter weather advisory for lancaster, berks, lehigh, northampton counties this last until 10 o'clock tonight for snow and sleet changing over to rain. on storm tracker 6 live 3-d looks like we're seeing a lot of rain, even a mixed precipitation in lancaster and some light snow but that's not actually reaching ground at this point. the only areas that are wet and they are just wet right now is areas south and east of the city of philadelphia where it's very light up near trenton, you wouldn't be surprised to see a little bit of just sleet pellets mixing in here or there. we expect that a little bit more as the day progresses. a wider look at satellite 6 and action radar and you can see there's more precipitation where that came from. it's not going to be a solid line today but some on and off showers that in some spots north and west could start as sleet and we're looking right now at temperatures and you're below freezing in mount pocono but hovering right now at the freezing mark in allentown. we dipped to 32. it's 33 in reading. well above freezing along

now i've zoomed into berks county.ht around 78, upper bern, we expect freezing rain in this area. we've had multiple reports of freezing rain through the lehigh valley, upper montgomery, bucks county, also in parts of the poconos we've seen the freezing rain reports all afternoon long. much of this is drizzle but it's freezing on contact. as we go through the rest of tonight, we'll have the winter weather advisory because of freezing rain with potentially icy roads in some cases. take a look at the moisture off to our west. the pink color shows you where we could be seeing sleet or freezing rain on contact. freezing on the surface as it falls. more moisture to our south and west. this is something we'll continue to watch as we go through this evening. somebody else we'll be watching closely as the moisture moves in are the temperatures, those are critical at this point. chief meteorologist glenn "hurricane" schwartz is standing by. glenn? >> you can get freezing rain on railings, driveways, sidewalks, around tree limbs
