chester county, berks county, all of delaware. so we expect this rainy pattern to continue, some rain could be heavy at times, i don't think everyone will be seeing all this heavy rain, but the areas we first mentioned in the first alert could be seen with some localized flash flooding, with any heavy thunderstorms that we happen to see roll through. with a closer look at the timing, we go over to glenn "hurricane" schwartz. >> that's a pretty impressive area of thunderstorms moving into your area, and just going to get better and better as we go through the evening hours, look at the hour by hour forecast. about 7:30, we're seeing some of that already coming into newcastle county, delaware, parts of new chester county, where the first alert is. that one area may weaken as another area moves up from the south. look at the sides of that mess, that is coming up toward chester county. and you can see some of that heaviest rain and that's why we picked certain counties for the first alert. that's what neighborhood weather is about. we

flooding is now an advisory through new castle county, chester county, and into berks county. this is an area of heavy rain that continues to move over the same area, and there is certainly more on top of areas that have had close to a foot of rain. so flooding, is the problem there you can see, as this band continues to go over same area. not the best situation. we don't see it breaking up until at least a few more hours as this all tries to work its way north. new castle county there is that heavy rain moving toward i-95 along the turnpike west of the northeast extension, although there is a ban that came through philadelphia, and it is now pushing through montgomery county, so this will continue to move north, toward 202 in doylestown and berks county where we have heavy rain and this is why we have seen that advisory issued because this is heavy rain going over same area, pushing to the north, zoom out a little bit and you can see the heaviest rain here, band picked up, and will continue to push thort and we will see it break up, by 9:00 o'clock this morning. rain still co
