jessica rae: two daily fantasy sports companies were told to stop accepting bets in the state of new york. and it seems other states are also taking interest. new york attorney general eric schneiderman issued the cease and desist order to draftkings and fanduel on tuesday, citing the companies are engaged in illegal gambling under state law. he pointed out the diinction between the daily fantasy sports companies and 'traditional' fantasy sports sites which only compete for bragging rights, not money jessica rae: and it seems south dakota's state is also taking up the issue. in a release from marty jackley's office the attorney general re- iterated the state's laws on gambling legality of a kings or fan duel saying quote: fantasy sports betting has gained national attention due to its concerns about potential federal and state law violations... when the developed market bets, there were several bets being made.tock sector bets, generally you're short industrials, you're long healthcare, autos and home builders, you're long financials. this was the bet of those who believed the fed was hiking. the problem was those who believed the fed would not hike were somewhat ascendant in october as the data was week. all of these bets, the losers, energy, materials, started covering. they started outperforming. look at october. energy, materials, industrials all outperformed. the longer beth, healthcare and financials underperformed. to the extent that the fed will raise in december camp is clearly winning, some of these bets should reverse a little bit. you see the banks this morning, particularly the reej flgional on the strong side. super banks, bank of america, citigroup, jpmorgan are up strongly. healthcare, look at the big pharma names. they are slightly to the down side, but not down as much as some other groups in the healthcare sector, and i would expect them to outperform in the future. we alr
