betty yu is in chinatown with moore. >> reporter: the owner of this chinatown boba shop here on broadway. he says it has been a rough two years for the family business. video shows a woman walking past an already broken glass door, and she immediately goes for the tip jar and later comes around the counter and breaks open the register. she helps herself to all the cash inside before she leaves. the thief pulled it off in less than two minutes. about 10 minutes later, another burglar comes in and tries to see what he can take from the register, but did not have any luck. he does get his hands on tablets for apps like door dash and grubhub, then he makes his way upstairs and swipes a printer, cash and a purse. >> i was really, really sad. i was feeling optimistic when the rain was finally gone, and we would have a good weekend, sunny day. >> reporter: this is how the owner found her front door the next day. >> i had to claw my way in. >> reporter: nancy's two sons and her husband help her run the small business in chinatown. nancy decided that it was too expensive to replace the glass wind

tonight a group teamed up to help those impacted by the recent tragedies, and betty yu has the story. >> reporter: the sap center is filled with hundreds of fans after a band decided to hold a fund raising concert in light of the damaging floods this year. the crowd went wild for the band from san jose. saturday night's show was about entertaining the fans, but also giving back to the community. the band said in a statement that farm workers already face many hardships in daily life, and we could not stand by when so many people close to home have had to face these additional horrible events. >> it's such a special time to be able to come to something like this. it's our first concert ever. we didn't know what t people, we're so emotional. i'm coming so excited that my legs trembling. >> reporter: one of the members, speaking through ita m needed break for her and her husbands gifted tickets from a nonprofit that helps farm workers on the coast. the band donated 300 tickets. the sales go to the community group. we lost days of work by not being able to go out and drive. my husband has

betty yu has those details. >> reporter: the alameda county coroner's office identified the 5-year-old victim as eliyanah crisostonio. no suspects have been identified and the chp is trying to determine what led to the shooting. i smoke to the organizer of the online fundraiser for the victim who said she was headed to a family birthday dinner saturday evening when she was struck. the milpitas fire department was first to respond to the scene. chp said the 5-year-old was shot and killed around 7 p.m. saturday while riding in a car on the southbound lanes of 880. authorities responded near dixon landing road. chp said the little girl's parents were in the car but were not injured in the shooting. it's believed to have happened further north on southbound 880 near or in fremont. eliyanah was described as a fun loving little girl who loved life and was excited to celebrate easter according to the online fundraiser. the victim was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. eliyanah would have turned 6 years old next friday. we expect more information monday morning. >>> meanwhil
