lenders that move big on friday didn't move very big today.lenders that lagged on friday, well, they got caught up today. that according to matthew graham of "mortgage news daily." he adds there are definitely more than a few lenders out there with 3.375% as their top tier 30-year fixed rate. there is still room of course to move lower. the rate drop is actually lagging the drop in the ten-year treasury so if treasuries hold tomorrow we could see mortgage rates move even lower. lenders are obviously being very cautious fearing a potential pop back up. so what does that mean for the housing market? well, you can expect to see a new run on refinances. even though it seems like everybody must have rephied by these low rates, a survey back in march shows there's a sizeable population that could benefit from a refi. 7 million borrowers. anyone in the low 4% range could save. >> even a marginal decrease in mortgage rates could take us back down to historically low levels which probably makes housing more affordable, gets some buyers off the fences a

the big on kalg conference.hat's the latest results from the company's cdc, charlie, dick, kenny inhibiter. it's the kind of drug that inhibits the growth of cancer cells, this drug is a treatment for metastatic breast cancer. now, it's worth noting that pfizer already has a similar compound on the market that's designed to treat the same disease in the same way. their drug has a much better safety profile. associated with much lower rates of neutropinia. it's a terrible side effect if you already have cancer. i expect more good news here for lilly. while the jury is still out on how effective their breast cancer drug will be when it comes to cancer, it's safer. it's pulled back a buck and a half since the conference. just today we got some more positive data on jardiens. that's lily's excellent diabetes formulation. a lot of people talked about this. goldman sachs did too. they got an approval for the new multiple myeloma drug. this is one that's really really focused on -- at the conference they presented a 61

that's not a big thing. are other things going on around the globe that once they get cleared up could lead to more deal activity, the brexit vote in the u.k. is restraining european m&a activity. done, positive or negative, i think we will see more activity in europe after that vote. certainty ones where currencies are headed, to volatility is fx limiting companies outside the u.s. to do deals? europe, that has probably slowed things down. my experience is companies don't spend a huge amount of time thinking about foreign currency when they buy things. to may be spending sterling buy something, but you getting a sterling cash flow in exchange for that, so companies tend to be agnostic about where exchange rates are. extreme volatility, people worry about that around the brexit vote, which is why i think they are holding back. scarlet: stick around. has taken as, uber $3.5 billion investment from the saudi wealth fund. the public investment fund is also taking a board seat in uber as well. we will cover this
