the incident happened last thursday in the blackhawk neighborhood of danville.an was walking her dog when a pit bull charged at them violently. a man came out of a nearby home. the wounded dog was later euthanized. the pit bull's owner was visiting the home and left the scene. police are pursuing a number of leads in the case. >>> there's a number of peeping toms. they are not just looking but taking pictures as well. the police say someone is going into the showers of the coed dorms and peeping over the stalls or using a camera phone to try to see. there are warnings outside bathrooms alerting students to shower in groups, if possible. one student was caught peeping last week. there are more incidents. any student caught taking pictures will be expelled. >>> how big a blow state budget cuts dealt to a county. the manager expected to tell the board of supervisors they lost $21.6 million. he says it could get worse. if governor brown fails to get state taxes and fees extended, they could stand to lose up to 20 million more. san mateo was ready for a big hit, but
