but it's budgeted for a board reserve. so if we are projecting let's say two quarters from now that those revenues will come in at a level where we're at budget plus revenue, we will come back to the m.t.a. board and we'll offer some recommendations on how those dollars can be spent. it might go right back into transit service, depending on how demand is at the -- you know, at the end of the calendar year. but those are not budgeted for expenditures. and our service plan is not built on those revenues being available in the budget. below the thin line was a different scenario and risk that we considered in developing the budget. now we me state for the record. it looks like the general fund line is equal and stable across those rates. the reason being is we receive our general fund estimates from the controller's office. and so they've given us a fixed amount. that's the amount we put in the budget. so we don't do an official estimate for the general fund. we just receive our official estimate from the controller's office.

hello, board of supervisors. i want to speak about transit and the lack thereof during this pandemic. i don't understand why the subway is not running. i don't understand why the ep line is not run. it is time to open the line and restore muni service to the full length of muni service instead of the mismanagement of muni during the pandemic. and we're stuck in our homes and can't go anywhere. we are stuck going nowhere. you want us to go to restaurants and retail shopping where you do photo ops and get chauffeured around by s.u.v.s by the mayor and the supervisors have police escorts to take photo ops all over the city, but yet the common people and the poor people that rely on muni don't have that because it is going nowhere. it is trying to open up muni and get things back. way it is supposed to and stop the management of muni. where the the uptake to the public? no updates whatsoever and none in the press. the public is and it is trying to can come forward and tell the people what you are going to do about mu
