easton area school district are mourning a bus driver who was crushed to death by a car. 61-year-old bonny novack worked in the transportation department for three years. police say she was pinned against a parked car at the district's bus depot last night. the depot is next to tracy elementary school in palmer township. according to authorities, novack was trying to stop her car as it was rolling downhill toward another vehicle. a co-worker found her about an hour later. this morning classes were delayed for two hours while the district held a meeting for employees in the transportation department. >> the district we provided support this morning to all of the drivers, had counselors available to talk with them and really just process their grief and their loss as a whole group and then individually with counseling support. >> police told us they found the car in neutral and emergency brake was not engaged. it will be back at the bus depot today to continue their investigation. >>> in philadelphia police arrested a driver who tried to run from the scene of a crash in kensington overnight.
