one of the voices is the mother of brandon boyle who drowned last summer. boyle was a student at lewis farrell school in northeast philadelphia where the assembly will be held today. the fire department says six people died last year while swimming in creeks and rivers and many more had to be rescued by first responders. >>> philadelphia police say they have one man in custody after a deadly weekend road rage incident. they say the man is not the only person responsible. someone opened fire on a car driving down roosevelt boulevard. the driver was killed. his passenger, a 31-year-old woman, was shot twice. sources say this incident all began when the driver wouldn't let a group of motorcycles get in front of his car. >> the driver exited the car and everything happened after he got out of the car. and the girl exited the car too. she was shot. then we heard all of the motorcycles take off. one of them didn't get away. this bike was still in the street. >> that is the person that police took into custody. the woman who was shot is in stable condition. source
