i'm the ceo of brennan corners. i just want to thank everyone for considering this amendment and thank emily for her presentation. i will say that we could go on and on about the mitigating factors which change each year as the target populations change. certainly we saw real challenges with housing timelines when we were working to move people out of the shelter in place hotels during covid. but i want to actually emphasize the point that brennan corners is the organization that in partnership with san francisco department of public health and later the l.a. county department of health services and now s h you know, helped develop the flexible housing subsidy pool model as a nationally recognized evidence based model for utilizing the existing built environment to get people relatively rapidly rehoused and stabilized. and we take very seriously that commitment to saving off those days. so i do support having realistic goal setting around the the housing timeline but also want to express our commitment to shave off
