ktvu's brian flores is right there. so when do they think the water will be back on for the folks, brian? >> reporter: just a few hours, dave. good morning to you. take a look for yourself. this is the water main break. the water relegated to the side of the street. not a huge amount of water but crews are able to come here, this morning, roughly about half an hour after the first call came in to shut down the water. so it doesn't seep more water on the streets. about seven customers starting off this morning without any water. as we look at video short early this morning, according to east bay m.u.d., they got the call at 5:30. water was gushing out at a pretty good rate at the time. the crews were able to shut it off pretty quickly. they say it's a 6-inch water pipe that ruptured. they say they were able to shut down the main roughly at 3:35. but east bay m.u.d. says only seven customers are affected, including an apartment complex and -- and a apartment complex -- and an apartment complex. crews are expected to be her
