what we're not seeing is a lot of construction so far this morning matt and tam here in bristol township county as we look live, this is 95 by 413. not a lot of congestion in the ongoing construction zone. hey, though, if you drive on 413 in bristol township keep in mind they start a new widening project yesterday that's blocking the southbound right lane at route 13 starting at 7 o'clock each morning. so, that will be joining us in just about an hour and 15 minutes but right now here on 95, the traffic is moving just fine. we had a water main break overnight in bridgeport montgomery county along fourth street which is 23 at depot street. watch out for the crews out there by bridgeport pizza but you should be able to get by. i mentioned going into the break some construction coming to 422 today. it also starts at 7 o'clock. so, just an hour and 15 minutes away. it's the westbound side between sanatoga and armand hammer boulevard. right lane will be blocked today and tomorrow. of course last week limerick center road closed just a bit to the southeast. that's being closed through mid-nove

almost nothing has to do with bristol meyers.f the fundamentals haven't changed, the stock probably hasn't fallen from grace. it's pulled back for mechanical reasons. you see the stocks of good companies pull back from their highs for nothing that happened to do at the company. nothing to do with the company or the strength of the underlying businesses. those are the buys. but if the fundamental picture changes, whatever made the stock attractive goes away, then that stock is no longer a candidate. >> sell, sell, sell. >> it has to be in tact or this method will let you down. i tend to like stocks that have pulled back just enough but not too much. 8% is the historical optimal level of a pull back that i've really made a lot of money in. less than that, you're going to be early for some of that. more than that and maybe something is indeed wrong with the stock. you just don't know, 3, 5, 8, those are all important loeevel. by the way, that's the first method to cramer's madness. some of my best picks have come out of this process
