you folks were shut down -- broadway. i'm relating this to broadway. i cannot speak for branson. you were shut down about 18 months, i believe. japan was shut down for six months. the u.k. was shut down for 12. yet, even with that build up, your level of customer -- you're getting about 66% of capacity now. so, and japan was big on the ventilator plan. the u.k., to an extent, they were trying to catch up afterwards. i'm not sure what was being done on broadway in branson and l.a. and other places. but the thing is this -- probably everybody has seen the phantom, seen hamilton, seeing -- seen wicked, jersey boys. love the theater. so, we are very much advocates and proponents of doing what it takes to help bring this extremely important industry back. i have a daughter that lives in manhattan. all of that is very important. the thing is, what would you like to see? besides additional ppp, even if that is necessary, the shutter venue program, what would you do differently? monday morning quarterbacking is easy. what is your plan moving forward? where can we be of assistance? becaus

off broadway starting to come back. here he worked. it is a comedy and despite the issues, things were trying to look up. just a few weeks into our run, we started to see the impacts of omicron all across the city as different shows how different people calling out. especially on broadway, where shows are a little bit better resourced with understudies and covers and replacements for everyone in the building, even those most resourced shows were facing challenges that were ending up putting shows on hiatus or closing them altogether. we were kind of watching from the sidelines and then on december 15, it came to us in the form of me coming to the theater with symptoms, taking a rapid test and seeing a positive result. then three other people in the cast got it. without the understudies and the extra stagehands, the theater was faced with only one choice and that was to close the show completely. it is very, very hard. as ms. presley said, remote work is not an option. we all have to be there in the building. if we are s
