reporting live, cleve bryan, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >>> lets look the the a the time line of events in carlesha's abduction this began on sunday night in german town just after 9:00 o'clock that night. she was abduct off of the street. the next day philadelphia police identified the victim to us as a 22-year old carlesha free land gaither. then, on tuesday morning, the first of several pieces of surveillance video that would help crack this case appeared. this one of course showing a man in aberdeen, maryland, using carlesha's bank card at an atm. the next day we saw another piece of surveillance video of what police describe as a person of interest walking through a grocery store in philadelphia we know it was this particular image that led to a tip that helped crack open this case. the suspect was identified, by someone police identified his car, and they spotted it in aberdeen, maryland and inside that car, they found carlesha safe and sound. last night, of course, a very emotional news conference was held by philadelphia police along with carlesha's family, they announced that s

bryan. >> yes, we have two storms taking aim at northern california.first one due in for tonight after about 10:00 and the second one is coming tuesday and that could be a fairly strong storm with significant rainfall totals. we'll see some fairly decent rain from this one coming tonight as well. isolated showers in the bay area. tracking two cells, one here in the east bay. the yellow shows where we have heavier rain. this is moving north, northeast at about 20 miles per hour, so it's going up toward san ra moan, danville, also into alamo. and there's another cell just to the north of san francisco now making its way through sausalito. that's moving up toward valejo. golden gate bridge, roads are wet. it was raining a pretty good clip. most places from the first round of rain today only saw a few hundredsth of an inch. the rainfall amounts were higher at least were the highest amounts in fact. inch and a half for boulder creek and santa cruise mountains. about three-quarters of an inch. for tonight the rain will be picking up from that second system c

"eyewitness news" new jersey reporter cleve bryan has details. >> reporter: authorities say owner on have this cherry hill home is a wealthy senior with the taste for underage girls. last week fbi arrested 68 year-old burton gersh, charging him with two counts of producing child pornography. >> they had a guy who approached one of the young woman while she was walking to school in her school uniform and encourage her to come to one of the defendant's home where she would be photographed for modeling. >> reporter: criminal complaint filed in the u.s. district court described how beginning in 2010 he and s id webber paid for two pennsylvania girls age 16 and 17, to come to their cherry hill homes, strip name and perform sexual act on each other as well as gersh. >> once these men earned the trust of these victims, they exploited them on multiple occasions. >> reporter: no answer at his home, or s id webber's. according to authorities several of the pictures clearly show identifiable characteristic of his home including one picture in the backyard that shows the gazebo that says welcome

new jersey reporter cleve bryan has that exclusive interview now, cleve. >> reporter: chris, pastor joseph langford says his family didn't hear any alarm go off but his wife wasn't feeling well. as soon as she said he didn't hesitate to call 911 and it turns out to be just in the neck of time a arriving home still wearing a hospital gown pastor joseph langford gave "eyewitness news" terrifying details after carbon monoxide exposure almost killed his family monday morning. >> it is scary. all i did was pray, pray to god that he would be with us and as we waited for paramedics to come. >> reporter: langford called 911 after his wife complained of stomach pain. when emergency responders arrived she and her six year old daughter were unconscious. joseph collapsed in convulsions opening up the front door. >> all i remember is opening up the main door and then i passed out and then i came to again and able to open up the screen door. >> reporter: fire officials believe a faulty heater caused carbon monoxide to fill the house. they found levels five times normal exposure limits and no co detector

"eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan is live, cleve. >> reporter: jessica, fortunately no one seriously injured here but this is a tough task trying to remove new jersey transit bus. it is off the side of the road but still snarling traffic. we have seen now a third tow truck that has been brought into try to move this new jersey transit bus, that apparently had a collision with the car, and went through the guardrail and down an embankment. it is 10 feet down off the side of the road. we understand there were three people on the new jersey transit bus, all of them employees for new jersey transit a and in of them having serious injuries, that require going to the hospital. we do necessity driver of the vehicle in the crash did go to the hospital, and injuries are described as just being minor, and traffic is backed up for several miles. they have one lane shut off, and off the side, right side of the road, lane is closedded and so new jersey state police are asking anyone who is traveling southbound to take i-95 if you can on the pennsylvania side or take new jersey turnpike here in th

bryan l, enas. what did she say say? >> hi.portant to know first off that charges have not been filed. police in dover, delaware, are investigating these allegations against kurt busch, stemming from the night of september 26 actually when his ex-girlfriend, patricia driscoll, claimed he had a bad night at the racetrack and verbally abused and hit her at his home history at the dover international speedway. according to court documents obtained by the associated press, driscoll claims busch jumped up, grabbed her face and smashed her head three times against the wall, causing her severe pain and bruising on her neck. the incident happened about a week after busch and driscoll ended their three-year relationship. driscoll says busch was despondent, calling her names, accusing her of having spies watching him, and saying he wished he had a gun so he could kill himself. on wednesday, driscoll asked the judge to order bosh to stay away from her and get a psychiatric evaluation. in a statement from his lawyer, busch denies the alleg
